Business Leadership Endeavor (BLE) II is the second segment of a comprehensive course sequence (BLE) designed to develop essential behavioral skills and traits for effective leadership. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks, experiential activities, and real-world applications, students will further refine their leadership abilities.
