57-479 Beginning Piano Practicum I

6 units, Carnegie Mellon University

Students will be required to attend the Beginning Piano group classes of the Preparatory School on Saturday mornings. Students will teach half-hour private lessons each to at least five students (assigned from the previous semester, plus new ones). ***This course is open only to students pursuing the Piano Pedagogy Certificate who have completed Beginning Piano for Children I and II courses.***
