53-313 IDEATE Special Topics: XR Prototyping & Interaction Design

9 units, Carnegie Mellon University

Students at Chatham University and Carnegie Mellon University collaborate to research and prototype in the XR space. Students will create experimental novel interactions for a multiuser 3D clay modeling experience. Remote with occasional optional inperson meetings. The project will have a required inperson showcase early fall semester. The XR hardware for this course will be provided thanks to an XRTC Creative Research Grant.
