49-881 Start Up Creation in Practice

For MSTV students with the goal of creating a new start up as they are enrolled in the MSTV degree, they have the option of using up to 24 units of their electives in the practice of creating a new venture 12 units per semester. Similar to an independent study, but focused specifically on new venture creation, students will work on developing their technologyfocused idea into a potentially viable company through this course. Students can work individually or through a team with other MSTV students. Each student team must have an approved faculty advisor. NOTE Students must submit a proposal receive approval before being admitted into the course. Please check MSTV current student website for the proposal submission process.
