FALL 2026 COURSE MEETING DATES: August 28; September 4; September 11 This micro explores how mindset and ways of seeing the world can influence our ability to bring innovative thinking to our sometimes seemingly ambiguous work. Through readings, exercises, discussions, and debates we explore the traits and lateral thinking that lead to fearless, curious, explorative work and how a true growth mindset can make a difference. This is a required course for all MIIPS residential students.
