The purpose of this seminar is to bring students closer to the recent trends in organizational research. Recent Ph.D. graduates (or excellent current job market candidates) in the areas of management/organizational theory/strategy/organizational behavior will be invited to discuss their doctoral dissertation, their job market experience, and their recent research projects. All Ph.D. students ranging from 1st years to job market candidates may take this course.
