39-405 CIT Leadership Independent Study

The CIT Leadership Independent Study provides the opportunity for a student to deeply focus on various issues relating to leadership development. The experience will be largely driven by directed readings, video and related research, experiential opportunities, written assessment, reflective journaling, and one:one meetings with the instructor. 39-402 is a prerequisite for this independent study.
